Three Stone Designs was founded on the belief that an exceptional building design should be accessible, safe, and seamlessly integrated with the technical requirements of Ontario Building Code.

We saw a gap in the industry where homeowners and small business owners were often caught between high-end design firms and basic drafting services. Three Stone Designs was created to bridge that gap, providing the sophisticated "opulence" of custom design with the "technical" mindset required to navigate complex municipal permits.

The "Three Stones" in our name represent the core pillars of our practice: Design, Detail and Compliance.
